A Charlie Chaplin movie fan says he may have found evidence of a time traveler caught on film, as evidenced by what he says is a cell-phone using cross-dresser (ahem) seen in a clip shot in 1928.  Some forum users say what transmitters would they have been able to send the signal through in the '20s, while others say certainly in the future beyond our own times cell towers won't be needed- so this person could be from the super future!!!
