A few weeks back I headed up to Boston to shoot
with Kevin Coakely while filming his Blueprint part with master filmer Dan Magee who was in town from London. Jack Sabback joined me on the cozy bus ride up the east coast with tall boys in hand and free wi-fi at our helm. We arrived in Boston late night and were joined by fellow teamate and all around big brother Paul Shier who had just flown in from LA. What was to follow was a week of bathroom blowouts, hipster Olympics, and all around trash talking...
Kevin phillycheesesteak grinds
a long rail at one of Boston's most over-skated spots that PJ killed years ago.

Kevin threads the needle with an ollie
into the bank while Lee Berman frontside 180s the rail. They're roomates after all.

Broderick Gumpwright aka BRO
runs Orchard Skate shop in Boston and is one the most humble gnarly shredders I've ever met. Ruthless boneless into the bank.

Paul and Jack love each other so much
they decided to lip-lock on the same ledge. Must've been all that time spent traveling abroad together.

Again Kevin and Lee act like
loving roomates and showed this spot some frontside and backside. F/s Smith, b/s feeble.

Paul Shier is like a fine wine
who only gets better with age. We found ourselves at this industrial bank to ledge a couple times and everytime he reinvented himself with a new move. Boardslide to switch Smith 180.
