WARNING: (High risk Cache)

This monument is watched 24/7 by police. Even though it has no historical significance and it was donated by a nameless individual, the police department in the area still puts the protection of this monument at a high concern. While hiding the cache, we had a police officer arrive and scold us. he did not see the product on top of the monument, and we double checked  after we left the scene to make sure the payload was still safe. As far as we know, there hasn’t been an officer or city official that has climbed up to retrieve it. If you do attempt to scale the monument, please do it quickly and leave directly afterward. There is no note inside the Cache, and you will have to notify us by calling stratosphere skateboard shop: 404 521 3510, or by using facebook, twitter or instagram. If you arrive at the site and it is obvious that the product or the rope has been removed, please contact the Masquerade and we will try to compensate for the loss. We live in a Police State, where strange behavior is discouraged and no one can be trusted. Strive to gain a higher mental capacity. avoid confrontation. Good luck
