Since 2005, Steve Caballero has participated in every Tim Brauch Master’s Division Contest. Cab steadily won every year until Christian Hosoi took top honors in 2008. The next year, the two met again and Cab arose victorious. Unfortunately, Hosoi didn’t compete in 2010. This year it came down to the two legends once again.
Dave Duncan was there to make sure the punches stayed above the belt.
Salba is a contest veteran of almost 40 years. When he speaks, take notice. Mute grab in the deep drink.
Cab and Hosoi stole the show again. Both guys skated out of their minds, but most importantly there was a definite show of friendship and mutual respect in the end.
This had to be a rough one to judge. Both guys killed it, but this one was Cab’s year. Looking forward to next year already.
