You put magic hologram grip on a Fickle board?  You'll never need to buy a new deck again.  I see a professional career in your future.

Is Paradox some snake oil gimmicky shit?

They just had it at my shop and the team rolled through recently so I gave it a try instead of the usual Jessup.
I just hope it stays as sticky as it is now.

As long as you view it as JUST griptape and not the key to another dimension or whatever the fuck their shit was being marketed as, you'll be fine.

Had a sheet recently and I guess they got rid of the hologram gimmick, no more holograms on the back. In all honesty, it was pretty decent grip. Kept it's grittiness pretty well, didn't tear.... no real complaints here.

I think the Silas shoe is underrated.  Great shoe.

how's the breathability on those? good for summer or no?

I seem to remember that.

Mine doesn't even have that exclamation mark thing on it.

Like the guy below me said (I'm really bad with usernames) it's pretty good. I would have been happier with Jessup but it doesn't destroy my shoes like new jessup does so das cool.

I did, however, gain access to the forth dimension but that probably isn't related.

ventures 5,25 lows with hard bones bushings
ventures with bones hard bushings?
You must enjoy being unable to turn.

hahaha they turn great and are really soft, not like the stock venture bushings, i use no washers.
Ever tried that truck, bushing combo? Probably not....
Nope, never ridden the two together.
But I did have a pair of ventures back in 08, and IMO they didn't turn too well.
And i've skated a friends board with bones hard bushings on them, and it was hard to turn and carve around on it without having to tic tac (they were indys, there were no bottom washers, and the nut was just a teeny bit tighter than flush with the kingpin, yet it was still hard to turn with them. I usually skate the medium bones bushings, but the hard ones are a little too hard for my tastes.)
So if you put two and two together....

in skateboarding you cant put two and two together  Grin
Maybe they wouldnt turn if i put the top washer in, but it didn work so i just used no washer.
Its like riding a new invented venture....
