Maybe your back muscles are weak? I can remember when I didn't work out my back, mainly my lower back. I was always in pain after work. Now that I work out my back more I feel little or no pain and my posture improved.
.
Yeah, I?m looking into starting some kind of an excercise routine for my back, maybe just at home if possible...do you have any particular work out-moves that helped your lower back, something you can recommend? Thanks.

First day without a cigarette. Stoked cause I've been wanting to quit for a while now, not stoked on my weak will right now. Gotta get through this first week.

here's a site that has some exerices:

I do the Hyperextensions (Back Extensions), it works the best.

I went to southbank for the first time in a couple of years (last time I passed by I didn't skate) it was a beautiful day; sun was out with a light breeze and seeing the locals got me so hyped to skate... but I didn't have my board because I was out with some family memebers, bummed

I'm not stoked on the fact that I have, yet again, another back spasm. I've had regular back spasms since I was about 12 and I'm somewhat use to getting them now. So now that I'm bed ridden, I'm kinda stoked that I can work on some emails/ articles I've been meaning to catch up on.

Stoked on skating last night with Cody, and the knee brace i picked up for him seems like it did the trick, so I once again have a skateaccompaning housemate!
But so not stoked on the brawl that went down while we were there. I dont know what the circumstances were, I just kept skating, but some kid got his face rearranged real fucking bad and got put on a stretcher, and a bunch of kids boards got taken in the melee.
There was also a shit ton of trash at the park after, including a bunch of bottles and beer cans, blunt wrappers, and just stuff you dont want kicking around the corners when the fuzz is about taking statements.
But I finally got a backtail shuv on the bank to ledge, and had a couple of happy accidents while skating all night.

Damn how much acid have you done in your life? I kinda thought that was a myth.

Not very much, but it is definitely not a myth. I had a couple friends in high school who did lots and lots of acid. The last time I saw one of them, he was struggling, seeing shit everywhere all the time.

Be careful with those late night sessions at b-side. Don't want to end up like Ben and Brooks.

Having a great trip with my 3 yr old through the old NW stomping grounds, but skating Dreamland parks at a mile high with air that is yellow from forest fire smoke is not easy.
