I landed a switch bigflip first try messing around in skate the other night........it felt nice on account of I'd spent a lot of time off and on trying them over the past year or so........
and a sketchy nollie fullcab flip the next day......
too bad mostly all I skate is flatground, I wish I could do some of the ledge tricks mentioned but ive only got the
very
basics....
I'm the same way, lately I've been getting up early before going to the shop and run through my tricks i have.
I have this fear of losing everything I have so I'm constantly playing this perpetual game of skate with myself.
I am always jealous of the people that have 40 ledge tricks.
hah i just got back from doing that in some parking lot......now I have to shower and go to work.....flatground is really fun
I tried playing myself skate for a bit like somebody mentioned above but ended up just getting kind of bored....
yeah ledge tricks are pretty rough, I used to have a couple of boardslide variations on ledges until I got big soft sticky wheels that just grab on and mess you up.....
also, I learned nollie big heels today on account of my buddy beat me with one in skate the other day
kraftwerk, watch yer back, im gunnin 4 U
LETS DO THIS! ....i got nikhil thayer to T in skate earlier today..

I've always had Nollie Pop shove-its and nollie 360 shove-its on lock, but I've never really tried nollie big spins my whole entire time skating. The trick never really appealed to me. Then today I just started trying them on a hunch and got them pretty good within 5 or 6 tries.

i can't grind a front feeble on tranny but i learned frontsmith grind to feeble fakie transfers a while back. i got them on lock but it's one of those tricks that makes me nervous everytime i do it for some reason. front disater slide transfers should be pretty easy too, if you got the smith already.

I'm trying to relearn/ get better at my old tricks, but I kind of learned some new ones aswell:
I got a few Switch B/s 180 Nosewheelie (landing in a regular wheelie) F/s revert on a manual pad.
Somewhat close to nailing F/s 360 Ollies on flat.

I finally landed front foot impossible yesterday. Twice. Pretty crazy 'cause it was dark and I was little drunk, I think.

never rolled away from one.

i still remember in celebraty tropical fish when pat brennan did one over a curb and spent the next few months re watching it for some idea of what the hell just happened.

frontside bonelesses on transition
no comply to tails
no comply 180 to 50-50
tre flips back
iceplant to fakies
boneless to tails really good, i think thats what they are
nosepick 270 on transition
you know what pisses me off? when little kids can do like every trick imaginable down sets, like the kid who posted in this thread earlier had a flatbar trick, and i looked through his videos and he could like nollie backside flip and switch bigspin and shit down stairs. it sucks considering the majority of what i skate is flat and i still am stumped by the majority of the tricks they be doing. i suck :[

Naw don't think like that.
One thing I finally realized was I can't compare myself to someone else.
Some people learn faster and have more confidence.
Plus being younger, no job, perfect skatepark to practice at all day.
I stick to what's fun and forget other people exist.
I am sure you have your tricks and personally i'd rather have 5 tricks down with goodstyle than sloppily doing 20.

no it doesn't really piss me off, it's more insane just watching kids like learn a trick on flat and literally in the next few days do it down something. and in this time in skateboarding, i think the majority of kids know what a bad style and a good style is, so they end up making it look decent.
i stick to whats fun. no complies and mellow tranny all day
