^^
I had good skating sessions with that shoe, skates right out of the box

How long did it last you, Tate?

2 weeks or so, still plenty of life left. Just gave them away to a friend afterwards

Finally got a new pair for work and am starting to skate these, they actually look really interesting skated. They aren't bad skate shoes either.

I skated the original lead colorway and they lasted about a week and a half, so don't be entirely disappointed when those blow out quickly.

I could kind of see that coming on the way they wear when you skate them. But oh well, they lasted me forever for work and now are just gonna get beat up then die like all my other shoes.

ha! no, haven't had the chance to check them out yet. hope to.
but they look pretty snazzy.

the Linden's are pretty nice, really digging the snug fit and shape of the shoe.
How would you compare the Linden's sizing to the sizing of the Guy XLK?

for my feet, the Linden feels much better. both are snug, but the Guy seemed to bend my big to.
but i have fucked up feet from so many years of skating half-cabs.

Like other Adidas, these aren't for wide feet.  Fortunately, that's not me.  These are really nice, immediately feeling broken in and feel great.  I didn't skate a ton in them since it's over 100 degrees and fucking humid today, but the little bit I got in, felt just fine.

Just got a pair of these today and skated them straight out of the box. It's a wonderful shoe, really digging them after the first session. I must say I got an ollie hole all the way through, in less than 3 hours, right through the first stripe. I have to glue all my skate shoes so it doesn't really make a difference but this was particularly quick.

These are really light, good grip, real nice.

It really feels like they fucked up where the "Sprintskin" and stitching is around that area. The ONLY part that it doesn't cover is exactly where I normally have ollie wear, right in front of the first stripe and above the bumper. The stitching right between the panels came undone, but fortunately the second layer is still in place. I really wish they pulled a Koston 1 and had all of the suede with the skin underlay, but vent panels just on the inside by the arches. Maybe even have the toecap wrap all the way around to the ollie area, similar to the new-ish DC Kalis. All in all- the Busenitz still can't be beat for skating, but these are super comfy chillers.

Think about getting some blazers, what's the sizing on them, should I go down a half size than I normally wear?

They fit true to size for me, but I have wide feet so they tend stretch out quite a bit.
Also

Got these ray barbee old schools for $18 at a thrift store. Scraped out the shitty stock insoles and put some tnt5 ones in.

There distribution suffered pretty bad up here when it switched from Sports Odessy to Vans Canada. Very similar to when DNA went to Burton and all of a sudden you couldnt find a workshop board in this country.
