These are even better than the low top version. The only complaint I have is when I lace them up to the top, moving my ankle hurts like a motherfucker. Aside from that, these are perfect.

I'm skating these right now. The first little while they were killing my toes and took a piece of the little guy off, but it went away and I have a callous like a fucking diamond. They go from medium security foot prisons to really comfortable in the span of like 3 minutes though, they just have to get over the hill. I like them a lot now.



Got these as well and fucked them up right out of the box trying to get the tongue to lose some weight. Whoops. I'm going to cut the tongues out of these Etnies Maltos I have to give them some reinforcement.

I just hate the way they feel, but i'm used to skating AV6's, which are awesome and skate great, while these shoes feel like shit.

Oh that's weird. The romero 2's felt great for me. Any van shoe destroy my feet. I can't wear them.

The Type II is a lot thinner and slimmer.

Just started skating in some Type II's, the stock insole is kind of weird so I had to put an era pro insole in it.
