The realest skate shop in my town has closed it's doors after years of operation.?  I've been getting over this ankle injury and want to get new stuff, and the other shops in town are a zumiez mall shop where 16 year old girls ask if you want designs in your grip before they butcher it, and a shop almost dedicated to selling drug paraphernalia to scum bags.?

No shit.  I'm talking about the people behind the counter and not who grips what.  I've been gripping my own boards for twelve years.  The shop was skater owned and operated, made their own boards, had a mini ramp in the back.  I miss it.  We're left with overpriced bullshit.  Good job singling out a single sentence and taking the entire thing out of context.

How old are you? I realized this was happening at the end of last year and I'm only 22. luckily its at a slow pace. My hairline still looks normal.

24...maybe I just have not noticed it before, but it definitely is happening. To make me (and you) feel better, my roommate is 22 and he is far beyond me in terms of becoming a bald man (not only the hairline but lots bald spots in the middle of his head). Oh well, pretty sure I?m gonna be heading that way too.

On the bright side, the hair loss might be attributed to my diet..I have lost almost 40 pounds in 9 months, the majority of it after spring. Might have cut back on nutrients a bit too much. Crash diets are common causes for hair loss and it should grow back if thats the case...

Friends come in from out of town, first spot I break my vx1. Next day I break out my old vx2100 and that stops working first spot. We go get my friends vx2100 and that one stops working the second I touch it. Then I go to my car and the clicker is dead so I am locked out of my car and my house keys are in the car. I have another car key in my house. I go buy a new battery for the clicker. Doesn't work. Get a ride to my house, landlord lets me in but has to lecture me on keeping another set of keys on me at all times.
