for everyone using a Canon 7D, there is a new firmware-update out. more continuous RAW-shooting, more video controls, and so on. nice nice nice.

Some photos my girl took when she borrowed my camera to Thailand and Vietnam. Mind you this is her first time using a DSLR. These came out half decent.

Has anyone ever made a photo book with Blurb or some other site? I've been curious about the quality of the printing because I've heard some so so things about it. Been looking to compile some shit together into a book with some website that makes it easy for idiots like me.
Any advice or recommendations would be awesome!

I worked in a photo-store about 5 years back, and you can probably ask for their printing profile that you can use to calibrate your monitor to make sure your photos come out right.
Oh, and some stores use this autocorrect thing as default that you must make sure they turn off.
And just to make sure make testprints.

I found this in a box of my stuff at my parents house. It's a canon Rebel G. No idea whos it is. From my understanding its a b"budget friendly" rebel. Anybody know anything else about it? I know absolutely nothing about photography.

The thing aint't worth much, but it is a decent camera.
Id recommend buying a roll of film and fresh batteries, try it out yourself.
Maybe you'll catch the bug.
