You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of retarded kids and a van full of paraplegics.

with one week left until i go to LA for the first time, my ankle is starting to feel normal again when i skate
Prestoked for the post trip mini vid.
Also.
^I have that picture of the kid and the hill tattoo'd on the back of my left calf. its still only an outline, and a shitty one at that, so you can't really tell its a hill.
my plan is to get the color done at some point, and then on my right calf, have an old man at the bottom of the hill looking back up.
its kind of a theme I have going with my tattoo's.
Young on the left, Old on the right.

supra demo highlights from yesterday:
saw stevie williams do a back tail on a super high ledge in camo pants.
then seeing lizard king skate on acid. dude was fucked up, but killed it. he like hit his head twice, broke his board and hurt his knee.

I've passed all the other submission stuff already... I live in Japan so writing an essay in Japanese makes sense... It's just difficult... It'll be over in an hour or so... Going skateboarding as soon as I finish

Woke up this morning feeling very fatigued (almost sickly) but due to the usually warm weather we had today I just had to get some skating in. Went to the park, saw a bunch of homies, & one of em smoked me out with some dro as well. I landed a few personal NBD's, got some very good clips by a random filmer, and this lil 8 or 9 year old kid from these hood ass apartments nearby landed a clean kickflip over the pyramid after i gave him a lil advice. Real talk it was a good ass day for me man. I'm stoked.

2 more weeks and I am on my way to SXSW for 9 days. After working 40+ hours a week for the past 3 months this vacation is needed.
Dont really know where we are going to stay but hopefully we will figure it out before we set on the road.

Hotels anywhere close will be damn near impossible, but there are still options. It's a blast though, I'll be there for 4 days.

2012 is coming up all Sweatercuff so far!
Me and Codithou found the last map masquerade thingy in las vegas just a couple of hours ago

Sweatercuff and I found one.
The drink exploded inside before we got it and got orange shit all over. But nothing was ruined except maybe that shirt.
the drink spilling on the shirt I was most psyched to find in the package was a bummer, but boo fucking hoo. still came up big time on this whole ordeal.
any suggestions as to how to get orange energy soda out of white cotton, hook a brother up with just a little more stokeage.
I'm probably gonna turn one of the boards from this find into a carpet cruiser, and then figure out a way to get it to the guys while the tours still going on (I guess I could just mail it to a shop that they'll be heading to) as a thank you, and cause I believe that one good turn deserves another.
and on top of that stuff, the board i designed for the shop is coming out next month (along with 3 shirt designs, which I really need to get going on), I'm in talks with Karl Watson about getting some carpet cruisers put out by Organika in a larger scale than I could ever manage on my own, I did a little work earlier today on a new woodburned piece, I got out of an unhealthy long term relationship, have a bunch of left over stromboli in the fridge from last night, and I'm not as broke as I thought I would be renting two places at once.
I said it before, and I'll say it again
I love you Slap.

I found a sweet apartment for rent that is right downtown on 6th street. Its a little spendy but compared to hotels its actually cheaper. Plus being able to cook and not have to eat out every meal will basically pay for its self and not having to really use transportation (bus, cabs, etc.) will also save a good chunk of money. Pretty fucking excited.
