unless his wife and daughter actually got hurt, theres no justifcation for taking to that level.
the guy sincerely apologized(no one is refuting that) and mikev was still a dick about it which in reality, makes him an asshole.
everyone i know thats met him says hes a real nice guy but honestly, he needs to get his tough guy ego in check.

And i don't come to slap to talk shit and blow dudes, i come to slap to waste time at work and have a laugh. And i'm in that 90% because i don't like to fight, i'd rather just live the easy going life.

you should check out dan D's shape, 8.125 and not overly long. DLX makes grade-A boards, yeah...
agreed, Drehobl Krooked decks are the shit, best board i've ever skated.
I love how Waiting is always the first to defend the biggest pieces of human trash.

guys, guys, guys.
We need to consider the implications here. Imagine if that t-shirt had disfigured Mike V's daughter, scarring her for life with a brutal fabric burn?
he would've had to get his tattoo altered, and nobody wants that kind of hassle.RAGE!

Confidence and dominance have always been traits that are sources of extreme envy among the weak. So it doesn't come as a suprise a great number of you arm chair skateboarders are running your mouths here on a messageboard with your identities hidden. It is the only place you can get a taste of what it is like to have either to those qualitys.

straight talk is the way of the internet. if your industry ego can't handle that, then this place isn't for you. i guess you weren't working on internet confidence when you came into a place with hundereds of people in it and called everyone suburban nerds based on the comments of a few. or maybe you are that much of a tough guy in real life that you'd step to a mob over silly gossip. you should try checking your ego at the door and leading by example next time.

Very deep buddy. Here's my quote of the day.

Whatever. I have kids and I'll beat ass for all of them. but when I take 'em to the skatepark and they get knocked down, I make 'em get up and work it out, cause I'm not raising no pussies. it's about respecting your surroundings and realizing that half the choice is yours. if you're not teaching your kid that, he'll probably get smacked around alot. period.
but this was about mike and his actions the other day. I wasn't there, and I read the account from the dude that got hit and HE even said that he could see where mike was coming from with the first smack, but sucker punching a dude who came back to say he was sorry is some bitch shit. period (unless he was lying. again, i wasn't there).
I wouldn't want my kids to see me pulling no bitch ass shit like that, nevermind my girl. nevermind if I had an audience of young guns I've been preaching to on television. come on... just sayin.

Also, hey Mike you're going on the fucking WARPED TOUR, not to Iraq, I'm sure you'll survive to see your children again.

From Strange Notes:
There was an unexpected twist when I threw a deck in the crowd and I turned around to get a swift smack to the face by non other than Mike V. Woah! He came in hot and let me know that his wife and daughter were in the crowd and that if something happened to them I would pay the price. I quickly understood where he was coming from, being that I have a kid, if someone as much as grazed my kids body I would rip their f*cking face off. I man-ed up and went and apologized, BLAM! Hit again. Huh? F*cking surreal man. In hindsight, I wonder how many decks Mike threw into a crowd in his pro career, hundreds? No bigs, I had great time down there. See you all next year.
PS Slap Boards, I'm not a rep, I couldn't sell ice water in hell, seriously ask anyone who I tried to get to sponsor the Rumble in Ramona.
Speaking of which Rumble is this weekend... should be a barn burner.
