All the Quasimoto stuff is my favorite of his
I used to listen to a lot of lootpack too

The madvillain album is obviously sick and pretty much a classic
There's classic stuff all throughout the 'medicine show' series, but that's so much to get into
Yesterdays new quintet is cool, but not always what I want to listen to
The two semi-recent eps with Freddie Gibbs were sick. At one point they were gonna do a full length, but I dunno if that's still going on

Dude this is super sick! i would love to catch one of his shows unfortunately i live in New Zealand.
I think i have almost all the medicine shows bar 1-2. Yeah Quasimoto is the greatest huh! Yessir whatever is def not a let down.
Him and Freddie Gibbs kill it would be dope to see a whole album.
Also his Young Jazz Rebels alias kills it.

My buddy during high school introduced me to Madlib and his many forms.
We always used to burn one and play these two:
Quasimoto - Astro Travellin'
^I just remember being high as fuck watching the street lights whip past and driving down the freeway feeling like I was flying through space.
Quasimoto - Astro Black

He had the biggest hardrive and hooked it up with hundreds of tracks from Madlib and all his other alias.
Also, check out some of his other projects: Jaylib [Madlib + Jay Dilla] / Monk Hughes & The Outer Realm [another of his jazz groups] / DJ Rels [madlib again] / The Last Electro-Acoustic Space Jazz & Percussion Ensemble
-Some other jems-
-Madlib albums: "Blunted in the Bombshelter"
"Shades of Blue" [Highly recommended! It's a bunch of the jazz samples he used from Blue Note Records. So good!]
-"Beat Konducta Vol. 1-2: Movie Scenes "
-"Beat Konducta Vol. 3 & 4: In India "
-"Medicine Show No. 3: Beat Konducta In Africa "

Fuck I hate that I cant smoke anymore cause I really wish I could even if it was to only me listening to music.
Yeah man those two are tops by quas. Got all those other albums. Except never listened to Dj Rels or The Last Electro-Acoustic Space Jazz & Percussion Ensemble. Can you download those anywhere? I guess I will probably buy some of his stuff on Itunes. Sound Directions is rad so I might cop that album off there.
