ah man, I was kinda hoping for a happy ending, oh well, I hope they do another season.

The conversation in the Japanese steak house was amazing, the whole episode was pretty damn funny, so many quotable lines.

I feel as if I did not settle in to Kenny being in this new environment. In comparison to the first season, I thought this season premier had a LOT less memorable lines and overall was not as funny. I personally find the humor in every line from the first season. I'm very upset that a lot of the classic characters ( Stevie, cutler, and dustin) will most likely not be seen in this season. I do think this is a good direction for the series as a whole but may take some time to get use to.

I was kind of skeptical of this season when I first heard its synopsis a few weeks ago, but this episode killed any and all doubts I had. I thought it was hilarious.

The thing that is off this season is that he is living in a grimy world now. He was a grimy motherfucker living with an all american family and working in a school in the last one, that contrast created the humor. A grimy dude in a grimy scenario isn't as funny.
Granted, Kenny motherfuckin' Powers always has some amazing lines.

Come on guys, its not very likely he's going to be in Mexico the whole season, the classic dudes like Stevie and the rest will be back eventually.
I think people have way too high expectations based on how good season one was.
If you weren't feeling the premiere that much, don't worry, it's going to be a killer season, these guys definitely have shown that they know what they're doing.
