I was skating these and got horrible axel slip.

And today I received these in the mail?

I like thunders, but I figured they would have replaced with the same trucks. Or some similar SILVER trucks.
We'll looks like I will have to sell these.
Customer service was quick. But getting these trucks in return, kinda sours me a little bit about DLX.

Why not just hit them with some acetone to strip the paint? Then you'll have silver trucks for free, or a couple bucks if you don't have acetone handy.

Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.

As mentioned before, I got the same problem with the same trucks.
Lenny said he`d help me out. Since I live in CPH, it will probaply take a
little longer before I revieve the trucks.
I`ll let you know what I got.

I was thinking about the same thing. Just use acetone and have some silver trucks.
Shouldn`t be any problem at all.

You guys have to consider our Inventory. Those Chris Cole 149 lights were the only light 149s in stock. If quick customer service is your primary concern, then you are going to have to work with what we have in stock.

Maybe trade them at your local shop if you absolutely can't stand a little color?

For me it is no problem at all. I really appreciate the customer service and am glad about any replacement truck.
Thanks again to Lenny and DLX.

They speedily handled your customer service issue and you're going to come onto a forum and bitch because they sent you the same model truck except in a different?  Huh

I'm all for aesthetics, don't get me wrong but getting soured over this is just being a little bitch.

I have like 2-3 sets of busted thunders, no idea I could get free replacements. It's usually the baseplates that go first, then the hanger starts bending. Thanks DLX you will hear from me soon
