Wish I could find that Consolidated ad where he ollies a hip-high hydrant off a curb cut. Wasn't he from Fresno?

he's from santa cruz, still lives there. jason jessee told me he's a really talented auto body detailer, like really nice paint pin striping and glass etching and such.

^^^^Thank you.....I was just watching that part less than a week ago...that's pretty sick on what he is doing....I sometimes restore emblems for people on classic cars....hubcaps,emblems and interior gauges...it all depends on how much they want to pay for it.

Didn't he get a pretty big settlement when the police dogs bit up his face? Fucking great ad after it happened.

Who was the dude from Visalia that got caught up in gang life? For some reason I always thought it was him.

i think he was in that mix to some degree. i know he had a tagging crew that a friend of mine was in-- TBK-- but i don't know how much real gang life was happening. as long i knew about him he was in santa cruz, but possibly originally from visalia...
and yeah, that post-dog attack photo was raw. i remember cringing thinking about what it must have felt like to have police dogs do that to you. ouch.

What's Corey Chrysler up to, you ask?

Well..he's up to 260! All muscle! He showed up at Consolidated with his son Corey Jr. to visit and grabbed a board. Yep, he's skating and I would suggest you don't drop in on him at the park!

That was Jason Jessee.  He does have a few clips in one of those vids though.  Plus I think that's him who pushed Andy Roy then he flips into the ramp.

Skateboarding used to be so much more gangster.  Shit like this reminds me how soft some of this generation really is.

See, but that's what I mean.  I'm saying in the past, shit was way more gnar.  Is there a Jay Adams for this generation?  Who's the Andy Roy for this generation?  What do they have?  Lizard King?  Antwaun Dixon?

Honestly I don't know and I know what you mean, you know what though drug and party stuff is much more open now, I mean I always knew dudes where piles, but there was a time that doing hard drugs out of control got you kicked off teams and out of the industry, now it is respected and you end up selling boards, even you have not skated in months.
