Yeah there's no following up that.. but I depend on this thread for ideas so it can't die.  Been trying to eat healthier what with it being a new year and all.  What do the Slap health nuts fill up on?

I know this is junk food, but I crushed up some mint Aero and mixed it in with key lime Greek yogurt, then partially froze it.  Highly recommended.
Hey buddy. Granola with coconut milk. Work out. Egg white with high protein tortilla. Smoothie with strawberries blueberries Greek yogurt a shot of alive multivitamin, raw flax seed, peanut butter, and some egg white protein. I probably don't need to eat for the rest of the day, but I will.

That sounds tedious. After workout meals should be creatine+Protein rocket fual shake, 2 chicken breasts, some gluten free bread and butter.. and asparagus or green beans
