it would be cool to see a mellow slab of concrete just on one side of this and not on both sides like its usually seen

Phase two is almost finished.
All four sides of the twinkie are cooked and we just poured the top slab to cap it off today.
Bondo on the seams and it's complete!
Phase three: pole jam?
