and it is the kind of paper I'm after.

I'm not a big fan of the colorway so I bought a roll in pink/grey

butt it turns out they have a thicker sheets I'm not too stoked on

Well, it really all comes down to your style of shitting. One-ply tp has better assfeel but less cushion so it's ideal if you're mellow on the can. If you're dropping hammers left and right, though, you gotta go two-ply. Quilted, if possible.
