well in any region with a halfway decent scene and shop all those shoes are seen at any skatepark on the regular.
around here people just get whats on sale because they are smart enough to know that expensive shoes dont make you better at skateboarding
you can get any of these models on sale at most shops.

not the janoski, my feet don't fit in that shoe.
cabs or a manchester (cupsoled) would be better.

we did one with nike for our 15th anniversary, several years before the adidas one, doubt another is in the cards. vans was sort of on the table but the person there who was all about it isn't there any more. could bring it up again, but kinda unlikely. we'll see what comes of this thread...

i think the reason i thought that the janoskis were slept on is because the closest place to get nike SBs is an hour drive away (toronto has a few skate shops that have them but our local shop doesnt carry them)

I've never skated the Janoski's but I like the way they look and everyone raves about them. I'd like to see a SLAP colorway of it....maybe in a mid because I am a firm believer in the magic of half-cabs

These seem to be the most popular shoes here.

They're the most popular shoe everywhere. But i agree, anyone of them would be sick

no they arent, ive never seen anyone wear any of those except for the blazers which werent even the mid ones

do you live in fuckin north korea?

Those shoes are all awesome.
They would be great if I was on a boat, or playing soccer or was playing basketball in the 1950's.

Vans or lakai. I think someone said that there is a Manchester coming out with the XLT sole, that might be a good one. If not those then maybe also Fallen or Emerica, I'd think they'd be most down with this kind of collabos.

With the SLAP Adidas, whenever I saw someone wearing them, 90% of the time you could see right away that they have no idea what SLAP is. Vans might pose the same problem, but I don't see people buying many Manchesters for chilling.
