i dont get the hipster hate.
Skaters are as equally hated on as hipsters are. So does being a hipster skater double your hate income ?
can we all just not get along? slappy some curbs?

We do, but it doesnt fit in the context of where i live. Its regarded as just another TV show for kids and skateboards are regarded as a toy for children. I go to great lenghts to hide the fact that i skate because my employers would definitely think less of me. Wearing skinny denim is one thing, but wearing skinny denim and riding a skateboard is in a different ballpark of shame in their eyes.
Still love it though.

I lived in Germany from 1994-1997 and then again in 2000 for a few months and then from 2004-2005 and I never had any problems. I traveled all over and what I found was that most people steered kinda clear of me and minded their own business. Everyone has a different experience though.

Around here, skating is pretty "popular". Popular as in if people walk by the local park with their kids or something and see me skating (I'm basically the only one there most of the time) they always seem very interested and enthousiastic and ask me questions about it and stuff.
You could say it's pretty respected by the "normal people", but the cities could show a bit more interest. If the kids can convince the town to build a skatepark, it's mostly just a quarter pipe and a funbox thrown on some crappy piece of asphalt somewhere and we should be happy with it.
I have never been hassled or something by anyone because I'm a skater

Haha that's funny because she said in particular she liked the white button up with the rolled up sleeves, and his shoes.
Damn you Dylan Rieder...

I was thinking Grewer too. I don't see anyone else on the team that could be annoying.
And this is beginning to be a great episode just cause I don't know anything about Dylan. I hope they do an Arto episode. That would be dope talking about Flip to Alien and Sole Tech to Burton.

Dylan on Anti Hero is a huge mind fuck. I'm enjoying these episodes so far and I agree with whoever said that he should do an Arto episode next.

There is more Bieber coverage on Slap than one would expect from a bunch of manboys arguing the minutiae of rollerboard stunts. Actually now that I type that it kinda makes sense.

yeah it sounded like his truck clipped it or something. either way that was a sick trick....especially because not many people can do them regular and make it look good. fs heels are an odd trick. i also bet it was gerwer who he didn't get along with. i know all the beauty and the beast tour videos are edited to make him look like super cool and that everyone loves him and that he is "one of the bros" but if i was in a van with him i would probably want to kill myself

yeah, Gerwer was the first person that popped into my head to when i heard he didn't get along with someone on the Antihero squad. I love his skating and his antics, but his shtick seems like it would get pretty annoying if i was around it on a a pretty steady basis.
Unless I was drunk all the time around him. I can see why a drunkard would want to be around him 24/7.

or if you consider that it was around 2005 or so when he might have gotten on antihero he may not have clicked with someone that isn't even on the team anymore. Around what time did Brian Seber and those dudes leave?
