Brea cops are known for being super aggressive, non compassionate pieces of shit.  Apparently this tragedy confirms that fact...

The shittiest part is that the cops will get away with this. I signed the petition and shared it on FB. (I only have like 100 friends on it, because I don't use it that often, but I hope at least three or four people sign it and share the link.)

Here's the link for the petition.
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/justiceforjulian/

Also here's a video of Jules' sister at a city council meeting looking for answers

Yorba Linda City Council meeting 9/7/10 Small | Large

Also were going to have another protest in front of the Yorba Linda City Council (Brea PD patrols Yorba Linda as well) Here's the details if anyone is local and can make it:

Mayor John Anderson and the Council have still not made any statement or taken any action on my brother's shooting--as representatives of the people, they are failing. Come out and show them that they must take action on the Brea Police's wrongful killing of Jules. Please tell your family and friends also--various media sources WILL be there to cover it, let's show everybody just how passionate we are and the love we have for Jules!

The meeting is on Tuesday 9/21 at 6:30. We will start with protest at YL Blvd and Imperial Hwy, then march to City Hall around 6.

Last week I went and spoke at public comment, they still haven't responded to anything that I said. You can watch it here if you like:
Yorba Linda City Council meeting 9/7/10 Small | Large

During public comment you can speak for 5 minutes. Of you'd like to say something to the council--make some demands, ask some questions, express your concerns, or just talk about Jules and the life that was taken from all of us, please do.

There are more details on the Justice for Julian Facebook Page, add it if you haven't yet. And on www.justiceforjulian.com

Thanks to everybody for all of your love and support.

Here's the address YL Blvd/Imperial Hwy to YL City Hall: 4845 Casa Loma Avenue, YL, 92885 at 5 pm

That was some pretty powerful stuff, I got a lil emotional because of what happened. You can really tell the father and brother were distraught by this. I really hope there is some justice.

I can't watch more than a minute or two without feeling deeply disgusted or wanting to cry. Am I the only one who noticed the irony of "In God We Trust"?

This just eats me up inside when I see that the council members and even the chief of police don't want to shed any insight or information. Every new piece of news that comes up on this, I read, whether it be through here, or facebook. Just makes me wish there was something more I could do besides forwarding the petition around. Shit like this has made me seriously rethink my career path as a police officer.

This just straight makes me want to cry!
I feel terrible and I am so sorry for his family.
I truly hope those responsible for Julians death, for the respectless treatment of his family, will be brought to justice!
All I can do is keep reposting the petition site.

It's so shady. The response to why they won't release the officer's name is "It's not appropriate." It's very appropriate. In fact, it's what I thought was legally right?

Watching that was terrible. The police department and city council failed the family, failed Julian and failed the entire population by acting this way. I'm pretty sure this is going to just get bigger from here on out, and the bigger something gets, the harder it is to cover up the weak spots...someone's going to drop the truth.

edit - I know of two people who've submitted this as a tip for CNN. Regardless of what opinions might be about CNN, if they feature it, the exposure might help put on some pressure.

I just sent in a tip/email to CNN, maybe someone there with a heart can pick this up and show the world what exactly is going on.
