That is fucking horrible. My condolences to his family and friends. Crazy to think that this could happen someone I've probably skated alongside or seen at Brea Skatepark. Indeed....fuck the police.

I had a run-in with Yorba Linda Police one day while skating the Yorba Linda Learning Center and they were definitely overly aggressive with everyone there. This is a very sad story, my condolences to Julian's family. I will be signing the petition and urge others to do the same.

I already shared this via facebook a couple of weeks ago, but it doesn't seem that too many people want to sign it. there should be 5000 people within a some days ... did you ask skatedaily or any other skatenews related site to make a post about it?

Hopefully there will be some kind of resolution and peace coming to his family. If not, I seriously hope those cops get shot and dropped. Fuck those flunkies. Trigger happy faggots. I have no love for law enforcement except maybe Chuck Wampler.

That?s horrible, makes me wonder what kind of fucked up country the U.S is, i am glad i don?t live there anymore and i hope that my son who have a dual citizenship stays in Sweden when he gets older, not saying that he shouldn?t travel, but i dont want him to live in that police state.

Another clear sign that in America we live in a police state and we are falling into third world status. This is sickening, I really hope this gets media attention and not just Julian and his family but the citizens of America can get justice for this kind of tyranny. The cops here in Northern Va and DC are on the corners with assault rifles and body armor but yet the citizens in DC aren't even allowed to carry a firearm even with a permit. Forget protecting themselves against criminals, who is going to protect them from their so called "protectors"?

My deepest condolences go out to Julian's family....

I'm sure this is bullshit but even if they did, even if Julian was guilty of theft, he had to pay with his life before getting his due process? Guilty until proven guilty? What kind of bullshit country do we live in? This isn't Mexico or China right?

I really want to encourage Julian's family and friends to please please make sure justice is served here and that these tyrants get what they deserve because that is exactly what they are, tyrants!
