Justice for Julian- Petition/Signatures needed

I do not know Julian, but from what I have read

"According to the Brea Police, on Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at approximately 11:35 pm three people went to the Brea Police Department to report an armed robbery that they said had occurred more than three hours earlier at 8:15.  They claimed that Julian was involved. The police say that Julian was ?known? to one of the ?victims.? The ?victims? are 19-20 year olds, one of which is currently on probation.  As far as we can tell, the police did nothing to investigate or substantiate this report, which we believe is false. Instead, it appears that they immediately deployed units to Julian?s parents? house where he lived.  Less than 50 minutes after the report was made Julian arrived home and at least two marked cars and one unmarked car were already waiting outside the Collender?s house with at least one high power assault rifle.  Julian was pulled over by one of the marked cars in front of his house.  He was unarmed and alone.  There were multiple police officers shouting different orders at him.  He was shot with a high power assault rifle within a few seconds of exiting his vehicle."

hey fellow slap pals my best friend jules was murdered by the brea pd on june 30th 2010. they have yet to disclose why he was murdered with a high powered gun, if he was armed (which he wasnt), as well as all the rest of the details. After they shot my friend in front of his parents house his mom ran outside and they threw her on the ground and arrested her. instead of calling an ambulance to save my friend they let him lay in the middle of the street bleeding for about an hour before they took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. he lived in a neighborhood where people dont even lock there doors, there's no reason the police needed a weapon like this in the city of Brea/ Yorba Linda let alone to use it. we have an online protest in which we are trying to get 5,000 signatures so the DA will actually start looking into this case further and figure out why my friend was killed in front of his house. if you could sign this or pass this on i would greatly appreciate it. below is a video of one protest we held in front of brea pd as well as a couple skate videos from back in the day.  here's a link for the online protest please help this fellow skater get the justice he deserves.

I know if my friend were shot for no reason, I would do my best to find out what happened.
If its not much to ask could the mods sticky this thread for abit, or the one in Whatever.

thank you. its crazy that we even have to get signatures in order to look into this. it seems like there should be an automatic investigation. the skateboard mag twitted the petition today so that was pretty cool of them.
