I'm not a Penny fan but what  I have noticed seeing him skate in the flesh is he can skate mini amazingly well at all times.

At an old St Albans comp he was on the street course and he was having such a shit skate, you could not even guess what he was trying, he goes out back to the mini and could not miss a single trick, all styled and nice flowing lines.
