Two panels where you dont need it, and thinner in the front of the shoe?
Cons is blowing it.

It's not any thinner on the toe than the ollie area, I'm not saying that putting a seam right where you ollie is smart or anything, but it would be dumber to layer it the other way because the griptape would peel at the seam instead of brushing downwards.

What are those Lakai models? Mariano XLK or Manchester/Bruin? They're fucking beautiful. Lakai is killing it.

And those Pusheads sold out at my shop within 20 minutes of opening. I was stoked on them til I saw how shitty the toe material is. Idk what retail was but my shop was charging 150. Fuck that noise. Wish I never sold the original ones (which I bought from the same shop for $80 5 years ago.)

So far I've been feeling everything that Lakai has been coming out with.

I agree almost everything they've put out lately has looked really good, and i haven't been hearing the usual shitstorm of complaints about quality.

the last pair i had were some howard selects that grips the board so well i couldnt flick tricks, but if i tried to walk on carpet it was like ice skating. regardless my next pair of shoes is probably gonna be some XLKs

I love how they skate, they fit my feet perfectly. There are people who collect Busenitzs, people who don't even skate, I came across a forum with like 60 pages of people talking about them. Least Dennis gets plenty of cash.
