The slave deck I just order from my shop has a red top ply....am I going to die?

Have any of you guys had experiences with the curse? Am I fucked?

I don't even risk it. Why even try. Even though it's only supposed to be DLX decks, I've shyed away from every board with a red top ply.

my plan is to paint over it and forget about it, like a monster in the closet. I know a shit ton of people that have had the lrg anti-hero black eagle, those got red top plys...who knows.

ive only had one board with a red top ply and i rolled my ankle and tore 4 ligaments. the ply bothered me for like the first two days, then i loved the board. then boom. idk, i always try not to get bright top plys

i had a krooked deck with a red top ply a little over a month ago, no problems at all. its really all in your head.

No not this bull shit again.

I heard if you put a sheet of paradox grip on a board with a red top ply while wearing a power bracelot you become immortal.

The only top ply color I don't like is yellow, because if your grip is fucked you see that ugly color all the time and they look toys and snap faster. A friend of mine broke one yesterday and the tail and nose snapped with nose effort at all.

My favorites are when top plies are natural or stained a dark color. Or maybe green, but it's just because I don't really like seeing the colors around the grip

had an anti-hero red top last year, and nothin'.

I'm riding a red top Real at the moment, no juju so far. However, green top plys have led to nothing but pain for me.

stained.. not paint. other then dipped boards. the wood is pressure stained.

my current board is a blacklabel with red top and bottom plies, and i love it. My last red-topped board was a Girl that snapped within two days, but i think the lesson i learned was don't buy crailtap wood.
