So I see that the new street plaza (is it new?) is pretty much right near one of the most infamous neighbohoods in Chicago. Although I think it's a decent couple of blocks from it. Is it worth checking out?
The one in Cicero? If you go, watch your stuff. If you like ledges its cool also has a super fun bank to ledge. I think more stuff got put in since I've been there last. If its not the same one you're talking about, just disregard this message.

Ya little village. I just read some shit recently about K-town, but that's in North Lawndale anyway not Cicero. I want to check it out sometime.

Just saw that this is coming out. Wish I could go to the premier. I've been reading about this being in the works for years now and was wondering if it would ever come out.

Stay strong, men (and papasmurf)! The good weather is near! And then we will have many skate sessions!
Also, happy early birthday to Oyolar, who's probably the smartest dude in our thread.

These are all spots that are in (or very near) the loop.
Never heard of quizbump, name sounds interesting though. Is bubble ledges the ones at the fancy hotel you can see off of LSD?
The Quizbump is a catchy name for the bump right next to a Quizno's. Quite fun. And nah, the bubbledges are the ledges that Kalis ollies onto and then (fs or bs?) kickflips into the street. What are these fancy hotel ledges you speak of?
The quiz bumps not skateable right now. They put these metal things on the beginning middle and that extend across the whole ramp.

Uprise Skate Shop - Burn Through the Night
The Art Museum spots and spots in which a bridge is visible will be found and catalogged soon. The parking garage they skate is a little west of the Depaul building (on State Street) and is a little northeast of the high-rise prison.

Finally, stay out of the city on and around May 20-21. There's a NATO meeting, and the last thing we need is an ass-kicking by cops who were told to beef up their security.
