...at least when Hammond gets busy, there's a flow to it... BR is like skating through a swarm of gromblebees.

Totally.  I had a rude awakening at how long it's been off a board plus I have other issues with anxiety, and it just wasn't my best day.  That BR park is pretty rad though.  I've never even seen a park like that.

Man, I just woke up and did my morning run and when I came back I could feel that I had some skateboard magic in my feet.  I landed a kickflip and and a heelflip first try, which after being off my board for so long, felt really cool.  I love that feeling though- the whole, "I need to get my board right now, because I know I am on, RIGHT NOW!"

just had a trick improving session, where we chose tricks and try to do them better than ever before. so we had to grind further than weve personally done, pop a flatground trick higher than before, same with over a hip, then pop a trick off a loading dock as fast as possable, the last one led to alot of very complicated slams. was a good time

yesterday a friend and I met up at the "park" (I put it in quotations because this park is a shithole) and the gates were closed so we decided to just drive to the next best park which is 20 minutes out of town. we get there and it's all to ourselves. then we filmed a few things, which was the first thing he's filmed in a good 3 or 4 years.

you should get one of my carpet cruisers for that.

They're not really for when you're trying to do stationary switch heels, but when you're just cruising from the couch to the kitchen (and maybe the occasional boneless off the coffee table.)

Holy mother of FUCK those are sick! I saw a guy at the Tallahassee park skating a carpeted cruiser but it was pretty sloppy looking... that shit is like art!

OT: Nice and sore but not injured from a good park session yesterday with DevilOnEnzyte and some locals. I don't think either of us even particularly felt like skating from being tired from earlier skating/work and him having a new kid, but we wound up getting sucked up into the skate vortex and using a up a few hours.

Later today I'm going to be enjoying picking up a couple of crispy decks at the shop. Always feel like a little kid when I get new gear... can't wait for a fresh pop. Been good about wearing out/cracking boards as of late.

Havnt had a propper session in about a week now, but ive been cruising the streets every day, and since i saw that Dylan video of cruising through tokyo ive just been not giving a fuck about traffic, just swerving in and out like a sketchy basterd. But i dont feel bad because when im driving padestrians and bikes are such pricks that i feel i deserve to be a prick every now and then

I've been enjoying the rehabbing the knee aspect of skating. I have about two weeks to go before I can cruise again but with the end of the semester here, I definitely timed the surgery correctly. Get some!

This was on thursday but anyway I was'nt planning on skating that day cause weather.com said it was gonna be cold. Then I ended up checking it again anyway and it was 35 so I contemplated a bit, I decided to skate anyway cause since its December warm days like that are rare so I had a great session that day. I woke up on friday and it had snowed and it was like 17 so I felt really good about taking that opportunity.

Only had my cruiser today and I didn't feel like going outside so I ended up skating in the house. I dropped in off my rocking chair a few times which was pretty fun. I got on top of an old fat t.v. of mine that was on top of a dresser to drop in but I pussed out.
Edit: I just tried to caveman over a chair and ate shit.

I keep finding new ways and obstacles to skate at my go to parking lot spot.  It's like a gift that keeps on giving!

I just got home from the skatepark by my house. When I showed up, two of my friends started a fire in the middle of the park. I sat down, got warm, did some no comply stuff and then left.

A week ago I landed my first 360 flip. It was great because I was having a pretty relaxed skate since it was so hot that day, then I just got up and told myself that I was going to do a tre flip today. Anyway, I got one and since then they have been getting easier and easier everyday, today they felt particularly nice.

Not skating for two months because of school and other bullshit then getting the satisfaction of landing tricks.  So fun!

Had to bump this amazing thread back up. Every single post in it is enjoyable. I couldn't skate today because of the pain in my foot so I had fun fixing the edges on the shitty grip job that I did yesterday.

All my skate bros were tied up on Saturday, so I just spent several hours skating around downtown Sacramento by myself. Hadn't done a downtown solo skate in some time. Just pushing around, enjoying the weather, doing simple tricks and having a blast.
