In collectors world anything short of mint is pretty useless, plus the board is not "old" enough, so unless it was the man himself that thrashed it I would keep it.

I'd contact Sotheby's if I were you. When it comes to museum pieces such as this, only a auction house of immense stature should be considered. Especially if you are looking to hook a big fish from Asia, where Muska is considered to be a living god.

A board from the 2000's in that condition is worth next to nothing for collectors.

Throw it up on ebay and see what you get.
