Oats, yoghurt, coconut milk, flaxseed, blueberries, raspberries, some jay rob egg white protein and BAM, it's a good morning.

Pretty much use this exact mixture except without the egg white protein and I use greek yogurt instead of regular.  I also change up the fruit to whatever is around.  This morning was strawberries, bananas, apples, blackberries.

Whenever I use kale, I juice a lemon with it or else I can't handle the smell.

Then why make it? I feel like stuff that smells awful tastes awful. Unless you're doing it purely for health benefits, in which case, props.

Yeah, it's for the health benefits.  I haven't juiced in a while, but basically, if you want to use it to get micronutrients and to replace a meal, you can't do all fruits.  So I would use kale to mix it up some.

I like the kale.  Broccoli stems are good too.
