How many sponsors is too many sponsors?

I can't believe Theotis is getting hated on for being a nice person. Besides having some questionable sponsors, what has he done that deserves any hate?

this "he's nice" thing is as lame as skull graphics in the early 90's. andy roy wasn't a nice person and it was sick. i think theotis is a dumb idiot that doesn't register the pain of sitting in a car with p'rod(or who ever) for 3 hours driving to some crappy ledge listening to all the trials and tribulations of having a massive ego. he just sits there saying "yeah" and "your the greatest p'rod".... ironically his name sells "stupid" amounts of product. he feels like the flame boy of this new era

maybe since he has such a glowing reputation and is openly sober and positive (and from the hood) the industry is making a point of hooking him up, being that that sort of role model and reward system might initiate some sort of microcosmic social change in said hood(s) for younger skaters.

does it really matter?
