Wow, this is like the start of a great sci-fi film: Investigators at the time determined that the hikers tore open their tent from within, departing barefoot in heavy snow. Though the corpses showed no signs of struggle, two victims had fractured skulls, two had broken ribs, and one was missing her tongue. According to sources, four of the victims' clothing contained substantial levels of radiation.
I'm still in the middle of reading it.

I think you won the wiki game with this article.
As to the last article - Hypothermia causes people to want to take their clothes off. When people do this in an urban setting it is often incorrectly assumed they were sexually assaulted

A lot of people in Coober Pedy live underground because of the scorching hot daytime temperatures (the highest being almost 48?C). It's a good excuse to thug out in a dug out.

I know it's a comedy website, but the author for this article makes a pretty compelling argument for how all this stuff could occur without it being some crazy force. I think the only thing he doesn't explain is the broken bones with no soft tissue damage, but that can be explained by scavenging animals too. If the bones weren't broken until after the people we re dead, there would be minimal bruising because the heart doesn't pump blood to the area.

Didn't really learn anything new since I wrote a paper on organized crime in America last year, but something interesting: In 1946 after his release, a psychiatrist examined Capone and concluded that he had the mental capability of a 12 year old child. His mental decline was a result of untreated syphilis which turned into neurosyphilis.

Knew nothing of that, so its all new to me. In the 1920's high ranking goverment official was bribed with what amounts to over 4 million dollars today, to award oil fields to drilling companies without any competition. Before watergate it was the most talked about government scandal.

I am putting a timeout on the game here for one sec (I don't want to be the one to take this article, everyone should read it!) - the way Helen Keller is discussed in public schools is almost criminal. Everyone just knows her as the woman who was deaf and blind who learned to communicate. There is so much more!

Unlike causality where events can be classified by their cause, synchronicity involves the grouping of events by meaning.

The arrow paradox:
At any one instant of time, an object (such as an arrow) cannot move to where it is (because it's already there), nor to where it is not (because no time passes that would allow it to move). So at every instant of time, there is no motion occurring, and since time is made up entirely of instants, motion is not possible.

The arrow paradox is stupid.
Krokodil is a poor form of heroin and other opiates that causes large, festering sores at its injection sites. Not mentioned in Wikipedia, but I read it in an article, the high only lasts a little longer than it takes to cook the drug, so it's not uncommon for krokodil addicts to get stuck in day long krokodil binges of shooting up, cooking, coming down, shooting up again immediately, starting to cook again, etc.
