Jeremy Lin shall return in game 4 and lead the Knicks to an eventual game 7 victory over LeBald and the Heat.

lin may want to sit this one out, especially after mario chalmers gave him the business last time.

knicks just don't want it with the heat. lebron & wade are too good and melo & amare are not good enough.

they better bring it in msg to avoid setting the new record for the most consecutive playoff losses

yeah saying the bulls have a 'shot', even an outside one is pretty dumb. their record without rose has nothing to do with evaluating a 7 game series against a team. it's just two complete different types of basketball (playoffs/regular season). the bulls have no chance whatsoever at winning a title without rose. i feel terrible for rose. such a bright spot for the league, the postseason just isn't the same without him.
man....fuck you. Stupid fucking acls...

Twitter is going crazy with jokes about Amar'e "attacking the glass" and his goggles finally being useful. Barkley, MJ, and all those guys must be so happy social media wasn't around when they played.

Yeah, San Antonio is the most complete team in the NBA this year and i'd take Tim Duncan over any other PF in the league.

The Knicks' players need to all start looking to score in the fourth quarter instead of just passing the ball to Melo if they are going to win any games against the Heat.

Jeremy Lin is a promising LT solution at PG, but it looks like Steve Nash is going to be available next year...

Nash/Lin would be a deadly PG combo with Amare and Chandler down low.

+ This is classic

not even a miami fan but i think the Heat should be Nash's first choice during free agency. of course there'd be a ton of public backlash & Nash would definitely be taking a pay cut but its easily the best place for him to get a ring before the end of his career. their offense would be damn near unstoppable

ionno b, nash really doesn't fit with miami.

lebron is da facilitator and needs the ball in his hands. all you have to do to play point guard for the heat is play defense and shot open 3's (we know nash can only do 1 of those lol). mario chalmers may not be a better player but he fits.

real talk the heat need to get them a legit 7ft center. like scoop up dalemebert from the rockets or somethin

I believe that Nash legitimately wants to stay in Phoenix, and he probably will if they manage to pick up Eric Gordon + few other solid pieces. The Suns have the most money to spend this offseason, its a shame that the market is generally weak this year.

I don't know if he would want to deal with the backlash that comes with joining LeBald.

Yeah, but they would be smarter if they went after Deron Williams. He could give them a good 7 more years and be the face of the franchise.

^ if i had to bet on it id say williams is more likely going to the mavs, as dallas is his hometown

nash could easily average around 12 assists a game with wade & bosh alone, add in lebron as an extra facilator/scorer and their offense is virtually unstoppable. they could bring chalmers off the bench & put him in there for defense when needed. they would seriously get easy buckets all game. have nash bring it up court, let him dictate the offense for a while and when the defense starts to clamp down give it to lebron to switch it up a bit. if it were to happen there would obviously be an adjustment period at first but its not like i can see them getting worse with steve nash on the squad. again, there'd be a ton of controversy & all that but i still think nash would be the type to just say fuck it & go for the ring while he still has the opportunity. of course this all just speculation but i think itd work out for both parties.

with all that being said, i definitely agree that their main concern should definitely be getting a halfway decent center. they got like 4-5 on the roster and they're all garbage. this also reminds me that greg oden will be a free agent this offseason as well and if they were willing to take a chance on him and he somehow didnt get any major injuries (wishful thinking) thatd help them tremendously.

but on the real tho, fuck the non-believers bulls still gettin to the ECF! boston & atlanta both inconsistent as fuck, and the sixers aint shit! we gon play that TEAM basketball ala the 04 pistons

jesus christ how many more all stars and hall of famers do the Heat need before they can officially say they have an unstoppable offense??! Nash going to Miami seems dumb. There are already 2 guys on that team that dominate the ball, no need for another player to come in who needs the ball. especially when Lebron has the facilitating down. Miami has enough talent to win it all. If they can't win a championship then they need to figure it out themselves and work harder instead of trying bolster up an already stacked roster.

No way he goes to New York, that place is far from a championship and they already have Lin as a legit starter. And if they are trying get Phil Jackson to coach then that adds another reason for not getting Nash, the triangle does not require a true point guard.

I think he goes back the Dallas if they don't get Deron, or the Lakers if they get bounced out pretty bad they can move sessions to the bench; or maybe OKC can get nash and move Westbrook to be strictly a SG. The market is pretty thin for championship teams that could use a point guard. I don't think Nash is going to go to a team that is playoff bound but not a serious contender, so it should be interesting to see where he ends up.

For real though, you don't need to be a believer to think the Bulls can make it to the ECF. The East (aside from Miami) is so weak its ridiculous.

Also who is saying they would take Duncan over any PF in the league?? Did you guys not see Kevin Love this year??

please don't let nostalgia get in the way of your judgment. Duncan is playing great basketball and has eased into not being the dominant player very nicely, but come on...You're insane if you don't think Love is better than Duncan at this point. He is not a stat filler box score guy, the guy is a beast.

So a guy that can shoot effectively from 3 point range and down on the box, who already has over ten 20-20 games and a 30-30 game is not a beast? there is a reason why a guy who plays on the timberwolves was getting some recognition for MVP.

How many T'Wolves games have you even watched?

Love has a limited variety of post moves and isn't a good defender + He settles for mid-range jumpers too often.

Duncan can affect games with his inside presence alone.

Agreed. A lot of talent on that team. If Granger could stay consistent.

kevin love didn't make the playoffs, don't talk to me about being in contention for mvp.
dude CAN'T DEFEND. Duncan is one of hte best defenders in the league
Duncan has one of the highest basketball IQs in the league
Duncan is still really good on offense
Duncan knows what it takes to win a championship.
