It looks like some silhuet logo thing Circa had going on for a while. I think it was Mark Appleyards logo or some shit like that. Which was on all 'his' Circa gear around that time. Remember my friend had a cap with something like that silhuet on it.

I don't remember if this was the exact same circa silhuet, but it looks a lot like it, and it was the only thing I could find when searching for Circa, Appleyard and silhuet. I remember it looking better than this though.
