Front lips always break my boards, but back lips don't for some reason. Fakie lipslides both ways do it to me, but I really slam those things down into position. I've realized a good method to avoid breaking a board on the regular front lip is to ollie like you want to smith grind it and overdo it a bit. We've all done it by accident, do it on purpose and boards don't break. I still generally dont do the trick on anything but downhill bars.
Kickflip frontboard for sure too.
Does anybody else do that thing where you want to kickflip a gap, but at the last second take one foot off and do the one footed land focus? Happens to me on kickflips a lot. back foot cracks it.

My mate broke his board on a fakie 3 shuv on flat last week
For me i find the most common is nollie fs 180s down things, always land quite hard on the tail.
So i think its more about where your feet land than the trick its-self

the only thing thats likely to break when i do nollie fs 180's in the nose becfause i cannot do them for shit and have to pop then pivot

Anything on flatground for me. I idolized PJ Ladd's precision and how hard he stomped tricks when I was younger and tried to emulate it, and now I'm kind of stuck that way. I snap the fuck out of boards during games of SKATE. I've broken at least 3 or 4 boards during those eS Games of SKATE and had to borrow boards to finish.
Also ollieing bumps over bars, because I'm so scared of not making it over the bar I don't focus on what my body's doing and I always have my weight on my back truck from sucking my legs up.

Out of every trick I've snapped a board on, I probably snap them on hardflips the most. I lost them a while back though and can barely do them now, so I guess you can say it's been a while since I've snapped a board on that trick.
I also tend to snap them on halfcab flips a lot too. The way I do my halfcab flips is i do a fakie flip, land on the tail and do a pivot. That's just the way I learned how to do them, and sometimes I'll land a little too hard on the tail on accident and snap it clean off.

also flip back boards are a killer every time, shame cos there fuckin fun! any 180 flip trick down a gap is a risk for my nose/tail....

funny that frontside lips are the consensus, i always just thought it was me. Havnt got down on a flatbar in a while, but trying 360flip lipslides have claimed boards, nollie fs heel lip, pretty much the lipslide is a killer, straight wet noodle board.
knock on wood but i havnt broke a board in a very long time, maybe i should step my game up!

My most recent snap was a pop shuv in a game of skate which was a first, as soon as I popped it it rotated weird as fuck like almost vertically like a hardflip and subsequently my back foot slammed on the tail, I usually break boards on any tricks down stairs and rails and very rarely on flat ground, being 6ft3 and built for rugby is some gay shit

Committing too a gap when you're going to slow. I've lost so many tails. Now I go too fast and don't land anything. Fuck.
