used to live on the other side of NYCHA from there on e13th. fun little slappy curbs and low traffic due to dead end. the con edison power plant has been featured in arty shots on various alien vids. never even though about propping those grates up. fucking savage.

Kickflip seems way more possible after seeing the Olson footage. Still a gnarly spot though I'm sure.
yeah alex olson kinda just floated it, and clearly did it twice. kickflip is still amazing though, and seeing the google maps photo just makes them both seem crazy, rather than the spot seeming to be easier to skate than it is.

Me too, I always forget which of the Strobeck clips is which, like who he did them for But I guess its mostly Quicksilver or his own little edits though, although I feel like those got taken down recently.

weird, i remember saying on here a while back how i had a dream i saw the footage of this trick and it was in a bill strobeck black and white edit. in the dream, bill was following him in the street, so if that's how the footage looks it'll be trippy.
