No hard feelings at all dude. Congratulations. You got there faster and you earned that shit! It was fun to spend time with friends and go on a mission, even if we "failed." Where exactly was it hidden? We found the footbridge but couldn't really figure out where it would have been. Was it under the planks over on one side?
I want to thank Jake Johnson and everyone involved for putting together this thing. While I went home a little bummed, it was definitely a sick thing to take part in and I have nothing but respect for the whole setup. It's fuckin' awesome

yeah dude for sure we went for like 3 of the daily drops out of 4 and missed all of them so i know the feeling... but yeah the box was under the left side closest to the road, and im pretty sure they broke one of the planks down over it plus put a big tree branch on top of that to further conceal it/prevent it from being washed away or something

Dear Jake Johnson,
How many doses is $70 worth of acid? I've gotten it for like $2 a hit before.
Did it work?
Sincerely
The Gipper

Hey everyone. Sorry about the lack of updates. We reached the midmarker of our tour when we got to New Orleans, and were a bit disorganized by the distractions that the big easy had to offer. Birmingham Alabama was next, but we arrived unannounced. Ran into some of the crew from Faith skate shop, and got to skate the ghetto banks, but experienced a lot of police force in that town, and had a short stay. Now we are in Atlanta, and the tour is back on a roll.
ATTENTION GEORGIA RESIDENTS. yesterday we hid the georgia contest cache yesterday and I really want someone to find it so we can post the Texas footage... the only thing is that the police caught us as we were climbing down from the monument, and they may have watched (through surveillance cameras)the entire time we were stashing and photographing the product. IF that is the case than the city will probably send someone up there with a ladder to retrieve the product, which im sure they believe to be a threat to their monument. If you are in the Atlanta or Athens area, please hussel out to the drop site and try to get this stuff. Dont let it fall into the hands of the police! Atlanta has got an awesome scene and i always love coming down here. A new foundation park has been born, called the chicken coup, and cement was poured yesterday, completing 2 large obstacles...a wedge manuel pad, and a huge fly box with a bank on one side... Cant wait to shred them later, or tomorrow. Come out and shred with us if your in the area!
Gipper, i think he gave us 7 hits of acid. They were bigger strips of paper though, and he warned us about taking to much. I had only taken acid once before and i had a real visual experience, but the other two who took it said that it wasnt that strong..Was wierd to take it at the beginning of a "normal" day...but we promised the kid wed take it in New Mexico so i had to just barge. i had the most vissions when i was looking at grass or trees, but at one point the whole street and sidewalk was rolling in waves like some kind of earthquake. cracks were getting bigger and smaller. It was like a Doctor Seuss book.. We still have a few hits...if anyone of you meets up with us and mentions it illl try to give you one...

Masquerade Contest Cache # 4 Georgia
WARNING: (High risk Cache)
This monument is watched 24/7 by police. Even though it has no historical significance and it was donated by a nameless individual, the police department in the area still puts the protection of this monument at a high concern. While hiding the cache, we had a police officer arrive and scold us. he did not see the product on top of the monument, and we double checked after we left the scene to make sure the payload was still safe. As far as we know, there hasn?t been an officer or city official that has climbed up to retrieve it. If you do attempt to scale the monument, please do it quickly and leave directly afterward. There is no note inside the Cache, and you will have to notify us by calling stratosphere skateboard shop: 404 521 3510, or by using facebook, twitter or instagram. If you arrive at the site and it is obvious that the product or the rope has been removed, please contact the Masquerade and we will try to compensate for the loss. We live in a Police State, where strange behavior is discouraged and no one can be trusted. Strive to gain a higher mental capacity. avoid confrontation. Good luck
Hint 1: the Cache is 116 miles from Stratosphere Skateboard shop
Hint 2: The granite Capitol of the world
Hint 3: Avoid Petty Laws and Useless Officials

There is more Bieber coverage on Slap than one would expect from a bunch of manboys arguing the minutiae of rollerboard stunts. Actually now that I type that it kinda makes sense.

Wow wow wow
The back nosegrind on the bank of america sign is insane. The ledge is barely 10 inches wide on top and the sign is quite thin. Nick Penza (?) Ollie over the rail and then 5050 the ledge is stupid crazy considering that ledge is over waist high.
Hope I get to skate with you the next time you swing through Dallas!

What's up yinz. Just to clarify, we are still on tour, currently in Miami, rounding out our last few days of the trip. A month and a half takes its toll on a man and we def slowed down a bit towards the end. Also we had a long weekend in tampa for the pro contest and a few days in gainesville before that. Mark left the tour in tampa to go destroy some spots elsewhere in the world, luke was dropped off in atlanta and will be hiking the appalachian trail for the next six months. I'm going to pick him up in maine this september. Jimmy is back in gainesville, eating health food and swimming in naturally filtered limestone swimming holes. Anyone in the miami area? It seems like this place is too spreado ut for a closely knit skate scene. Its like club med for skateboarding with prices to match.. we are giving away a bart simpson complete for the first person to find us with live tracking, and we will be dropping the florida geocache on Thursday, so stay posted. It will haveour footage from new orleans, birmingham, and atlanta. Also, there was an incident in miami that put 6 people in jail for a night and pined one person with a felony drug charge. Unfortunately a cfouple of us made some impulsive decisions and the dade county police department caught us slipping. But everyones fine and we will be fighting the charges. other than that, the tour has continued fairly uninhibited by the long arm of the law and we are still spreading the good wordd Illd check in with you all soon. Stay up!
