Converse insoles gives you heel bruises!

insoles make or break a shoe for me.  especially these days with everything else often so similar.  i keep the ones i like.  i throw them in the washer.  never the drier, they will shrink.  i put them in my non skate shoes. 

if you are blowing your insole game, you are are blowing your shoe game.

busenitzs have the best insole i've come across. although the new lakai xlks are pretty good, too.
