Went there in summer 2006 for a couple of weeks. You'll recognize Expo park from Beware of the Flare, it's the skatepark below that giant bridge. Go exploring around the area, there was lots of spots to be found. We ended up driving everywhere with a local guide and from what i could gather, it's not an easy city to skate about, unlike most of Barcelona, Paris or London. Still, it was cheap to eat & go out and the city has its perks.
Here's some footage I shot, might be of some use to you -

Lisbon kinda sucks for street skating, you better off traveling south for less than 2 hours and find a nice coastal city Called "Vila Nova de Santo Andr?". Lots of Street spot there. I made a post in this forum a whille ago that ill repost.
Im a skater from Portugal, and wanted to share my home town spots / skaters.
I live in a preety small city, called Santo Andre, we have some skateparks not far away, 10 minutes the wooden one, 45 the cement one. But we have some cool street spots, and I wanted to share them with more people, and maybe, welcome some US skaters to come and visit us.
Has i said the whole city is skatable, also, its hassle free, no securities no cops no nothing, just Fun.
Here are some videos / photos from our city/skaters/spots.
All Filmed in Santo Andre City.
