Whenever I'm bombing hills and there is a sidewalk adjacent, my favourite thing to do is ollie up and try to manual as far down the hill as I can and pop back onto the road. It's like a hill bomb within a hill bomb, plus it can make a fairly mellow hill way more fun.

Took some photos a while back of my friend bombing down this place we like to call dead mans hill. It doesn't look that steep, but it stretches out for a quarter mile and shoots you into a highway. But you only have to worry about that if you can make it past the gnarly cracks and rocks. Good times.
