ok so back in the summer i got a heel bruise and it didnt go away for about a month and i tried everything to heal it, icing, rest, elevation, pain killers, nothing really worked too well.

the same thing happened again just yesterday and i was wondering what are some treatments you guys would suggest for heel bruises?

Get some Footprint Insoles. Suppose to be awesome.

Other than that, I would get it checked out. It may be more than just a simple bruise. You never know. Or you could have just bruised the bone??

Side Question: is it possible to bruise something permanently? Because I got a super bad heel bruise almost 3 years ago and Ive had 2 knee surgeries since then so Ive have plenty of time off my feet to heal but every time I skate it come back a little and it stays sore for like a week.
