Ok, 99 % of you won't care, but you should. This is pretty good stuff. One of Norway's finest. Fredrik was very inspired by HUF - see the ollie over the motorcycle. That last clip is pretty rad. Start the gnar!

Remember I heard some stories about Liland moving to Nepal or Tibet or something to become a monk? Do you know more about this? Where is he know?

Last couple of years Fredrik's been studying at the university in Oslo, and also working as an assistant for a proffessor there. Met him like six months ago. He had been busy fixing up his appartment, doing carpentry work on their family's cabin, and being with his girlfriend. He lives at Sognsvann/Kringsj?. Don't think he has skated much the last couple of years. We used to have a lot of contact during the 90's. Im gonna contact him soon and get him to come out and skate
