I still think they should have reissued Getz first shoe. Even some of Dill's old shoes were dope. Now all their shit is the fucking same thing.

What Happened to Kenny Hoyle? He was on killing spree and then he disappeared.

DVS have always been horrible...I've always put them in the same category as Globes...shoes that jock-skaters and mall-rats set on the shelf next to their DC's with the huge spray can logo graphic on the side. Some of their skaters are great, but their brand is pure doo-doo.

I had a pair of DVS's about two years ago. I think they were the militia's or something like that. But i skated in them and in a week the soles completely seperated from the rest of the shoe, like they weren't glued together properly. Never even contemplated buying another pair after that...

This -- the teams have never made sense over the years. Even when they were stacked, there were no commonalities between the riders.

i kind of like the idea of kenny hoyle on etnies. seeing him and tyler bledsoe skate together would be like swimming in lotion.  but not all gross.

DVS is really going downhill. i could kind of see the reasoning of phasing out dudes like jeron since the guard is changing, but he's been there since day one. his loyalty should've paid off.

Jeron is one of the best skaters so I highly doubt that he got kicked off DVS. All those duds are boys and Im sure Jeron and Tim parted
ways in a good way. Plus Jeron is a good dude who's been married for like 15 years or something and his hella good with his money.
The dudes pretty much rich already and with this whole Diamond Shoe thing he'll most likely be set for life.
