i remember skating revivals when i was younger... fucking moon boots.

had them in pretty much all colors, but that shoe was mainly one solid color. Like all black or all brown.

The gavin cupsole shoe was good, and jeron 3's. With strap

That reminded me that I have a pair of the Black/Green/White Jeron 2s that I only wore a few times and never skated.

Who cares. He never puts out footage anyways. Youre on the same team as mike carroll. You dont have excuses.
Jeron's dope. You're a dink.

I never said he wasnt sick. I said he doesnt put out footage. Him being off is the same as him being on. You werent gonna see him skate either way.
You're a dingus, did you even skate before youtube existed?

clean, that shoe really lasted a long fucking time. Jeron 2/3's are on point. With strap

But i don't think i will be buying DVS now or in the future, though.

DVS used to always make "HA" shoes. High Abrasion, you don't see those much in shoes now.

DVS have always been horrible...I've always put them in the same category as Globes...shoes that jock-skaters and mall-rats set on the shelf next to their DC's with the huge spray can logo graphic on the side. Some of their skaters are great, but their brand is pure doo-doo.

This -- the teams have never made sense over the years. Even when they were stacked, there were no commonalities between the riders.

Fabian Alomar/  Chico Brenes/  Daniel Castillo/  Tim Gavin/  Keenan Milton/  Richard Mulder/  Eric Pupecki/  Gabriel Rodriguez/  Sean Sheffey/ Daewon Song/  Jeron Wilson

The OG team made sense- LA dudes sponsored by a World or Girl company.  Too bad they didn't make a video back in this era.

I think I only ever had the Berra 2's (might have been 3's) about 10 years ago, they were ok; their shit usually seems too clunky for my tastes.

before everything was a re-hashed version of half cabs/bmx style shoe (don't believe me go look at some bmx shoes from the early 90's looks exactly like what's being worn today) DVS, Globe, Axion, DC, ES,Adio, osiris  were making the best tech shoes in the 90's and that was the trend, in another 10 years I doubt half the 'cool' brands now will be around

Were you guys around for DVS in the 90's? Last time I wore DVS was when it was just a little warehouse in Northridge with a tiny office and a sick mini. They were decent then. But they became shit so good for Jeron for leaving.

Obviously times are tough for companies and you can't keep riders forever.  Sucks because Jeron has never half stepped in any of his parts up to date.   Even if it's rare to see coverage.  I don't know why cheeks can stay, but not jeron?  is daniel still on?  But, you know, they need to pay that dude with the horrible style more money so.....

At a time in Jeron's life were seeing a transformation. It happens to all men, you young kids
must recognize your life is not merely a simple existence of hot pockets and nickelbags.
Do you ever wonder at times why Jeron is leisurely getting by in California? Do you ever wonder
why I'm doing the same thing? Jeron enjoys his Arnold Palmers and his with Raquelles fine ass
and that is fine. We all love you and are willing to accompany you in your journey westward.
Thanks fellas, just stating facts for a primal code of endearment.

I remember coming up to the city with my dad when I was 15 or so..  We went to this mall and I got these ugly shits because they were on sale..

Then we went to another mall, where I basically cried until he drove me to return the DVS's, and come back for these..

I never had a pair of real DVS but I did have the corduroy slip on which consequently my dog devoured.

Jeron's part in Mouse is underrated. Also,  Mouse had such a FUNKY soundtrack. That War track gets the fuck down!

Who cares. He never puts out footage anyways. Youre on the same team as mike carroll. You dont have excuses.

He doesn't have to put out footage. He had the first part in Goldfish.

Pro's need to put out footage, its as simple as that. The choc ams are killing so hard. If your most memorable part was from 94, thats just sad.

Being sponsored is about making your sponsors happy, not feeding the photos/videos section on Slap.  We aren't on Girl's board of directors and don't have a say.  Deal with it.
