As much as everyone, including myself, would like this to be true, it's unlikely. REAL is fucking stacked. They're probably doing well financially to take on Darrell but who knows.

darrell has some of the most natural talent ever witnessed on a skateboard.  in fact, I was just talking with someone the other night about what he's done at clipper.  to even LOOK at that spot and think "i'm gonna ollie over to fs blunt" is insane....then to go back and nollie bs noseblunt it?!?!  fuck.  BUT, that being said, he's got some issues.  that being said, I miss the days when he was young and on Real.  it was a great fit.

I don't like Real as a company because they're kinda like Zero where it's more important for you do do 'hammers' and 'gnarly' skating than just flowing and doing lines.  Really, he should have stayed on Plan B.  Element seems like the type of company that's really good, but unsponsorable skaters go to get paid.  I think that the skaters don't realize that not getting coverage while you're on is not going to help when you get kicked off the team and don't have a back up because you're so elusive.

Element is just the worst at this time.
Only reason ANY pro would ride for them is for one reason only- $.
It's more of a corporate employee position than a "professional skateboarder".
He's better off without them if he wants to actually skateboard professionally.
