College Gets Bombed with DGK Graffiti

The graffitti has no impact whatsoever on the quality or conduct of education at the institution.
If the school wasn't improperly concerned with nonsense "image" and "political correction" there would be no need to clean the spray paint, no funds spent and no negative impact whatsoever.
What damage does a bit of spray paint do? �Nothing.
Just leave it and save the money for actually helping the students trying to get some sort of sustainable job.

Hell, why don't we just let all the grass and shrubbery die why we're at it? No need to waste money on landscaping.

And whenever a building is erected, let's not waste time on aesthetic design; a simple rectangular structure will do.

Anything not strictly utilitarian in its design will not be considered.
