You're on tranny and pop up to the coping, stall on your tail/heel or back truck, grab frontside and huck it back in?

What's it called when they go into a 180 to switch nose grind, forward out? Like a couple of dudes in the think vid did. Really dug that.
Maybe there isn't a name for it yet, maybe it shouldn't be named, bit since it looks like a blunt taken a bit futher, could it be bluntgrind? Or a grunt?

That's just a 180 to fakie 5-0 to forward man. Same as on street.

That's different from what I was picturing. BUT at least we finally have a name for it because Jeremy Wray does one in one of his parts (Revolution?).

What's it called when you come up a quarter pipe frontside, and revert backside so that you end up in a backside smith but grinding the opposite way, and come back in forwards? Like an alley-oop 50-50 grind but turning a little bit further.

Tim o'connor did it in street. It's supposed to be called a scoliosis grind, bit the name sounds more like a joke, or something...

that's why it is a joke/pun like calling the leap of faith or El toro, the Osteoarthritis gap anyway (thought it seems obvious).  The trick looks like you get an instant scoliosis while you try it.

And Sugar canes are 180 alley oop/hard way to fakie smith like an overturn lipslide.

I do remember that one, but there has to be a name for it on transition. On street that trick is a whole different game, I couldn't fuck with those at all.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but are you basically talking about a sugarcane variation? Usually that would be a back 180 to fakie frontside smith, but most any 180 fakie smith just seems like it could qualify. Really though, what you're describing can just simply be called an alley-oop fakie smith, no need for a fancy name but then again I still call "laserflip" a 360 varial heel... Wink

Yeah, you are right. I think you could even just call it an alley-oop smith grind, I call it an alley-oop 50-50 when I do the same thing with both trucks on the coping. But I was hoping there was some cool name for it I had never heard of. Guess not.

I've been wondering about that frontside backside boneless one too.

The smith thing is either an alley oop smith or a sugarcane, its hard to figure out what you are explaining on here.

It's an alley-oop smith I was talking about earlier, I just expected there to be another name for it for some reason. That boneless trick definitely deserves a name though...I wonder who was even the first to do it?
