Fully flared after a couple years
«

I just watched fully flared after agood while and its great seeing it again, but the only thing that came to mind was that i would love to see long lines with with out so much tech. I mean its not a bad thing but i would love to see wu or carrol or howard just roll somewhere and do a dork trick at a slow speed on the side walk in between hammers. I know that the Chocolate videos gonna be crazy but im hoping for hd bluray of shit that isnt epic, just fun

Been a lurker forever just never have anything to say.i was wondering doe spike jonze still film some of the movies
i doubt he does but i think it would still be fun to film a line even if your a famous hollywood director. Never done it but i would imagine it would be a great felling whether it was a legend or just your friend. Tried filming once but me and some friends just ended up skating and gave up on the camera. I guess you got to have a lot of restraint to be a filmer.

Fully Flared was great and all but I can't stand what it did to skating. It could just be my group of friends but after F.F all anybody wanted to do was ledge tricks and tech shit. It came out right when I developed the courage to jump down things and then nobody in my group really wanted to do that anymore. Just a little annoyance for me.

i think the problem with fully flared is everyone tends to remember all the over production of mj and mariano but tend to forget that almost every other part was incredible. carroll and howard kill it. mo was amazing. jesus destroyed the ledges. french connection/royal family the whole video was great

I watched Fully Flared quite recently, and i have to agree it did change what everyone wants to skate. I want to see more handrails and transition. A bit like Gravette.

Koston had one of my favourite parts, everyone's also forgetting there was a decent amount of scott johnson footage, possibly his last as a pro too. One of my favourite videos for sure.
